General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) of Solutions Custom Made Sarl<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Scope of application<\/strong><\/p>\n

– These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on www.nomadiqbbq.ch and govern the contractual relationship with Solutions Custom Made Sarl.
– Any condition set by the customer that is inconsistent with these GTCS shall be considered null and void.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.<\/p>\n

2. Proposals and Contract Formation<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The information in the brochures and on the website is for guidance only and is not binding.
– The order is validated by the customer using the online order button, thus constituting a definitive commitment.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl will acknowledge receipt of the order without delay.
– If delivery is not possible or if there is a pricing error, the customer will be contacted to find an alternative solution.
– Product specifications (drawings, dimensions, weights, etc.) are given for information only and do not constitute a guarantee of characteristics, unless expressly specified.<\/p>\n

3. Identity of the Contractor<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Solutions Custom Made Sarl, Nomadiq Switzerland, Rue de Combremont 4, CH-1908 Riddes. Email : info@solutionscustom.ch<\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Delivery by DHL in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for parcels up to 30 kg. For heavier packages, delivery by carrier to the nearest curb.
– Standard delivery time of 2 to 4 working days for items in stock.
– For special orders, the lead time will be communicated separately.
– Delivery dates are indicative only, unless otherwise agreed.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl is only responsible for deliveries made correctly and on time by its suppliers.
– In the case of delivery including assembly, the customer must ensure accessibility.
– Claims for visible damage or damaged packaging must be reported immediately on receipt, and hidden claims within 4 days.<\/p>\n

5. Payment and Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Payment methods accepted: Credit card, TWINT.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n

6. Purchase on invoice<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Purchase on invoice possible under certain conditions, managed by a third-party service.
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl remains responsible for the execution of the contract, with the exception of the collection and processing of payments.<\/p>\n

7. Reservation of ownership
<\/strong>
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl retains ownership of the items until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n

8. Warranty<\/strong>

– 2-year warranty on products for defects and functionality, unless otherwise stated.
– The warranty does not apply in the event of non-observance of operating or maintenance instructions, inappropriate modifications or interventions by third parties.
– Minor deviations are not subject to warranty claims.<\/p>\n

9. Back
<\/strong>
– Return of goods possible under certain conditions, with the prior agreement of Solutions Custom Made Sarl.
– Items must be returned within 10 days, in their original condition and packaging.
– Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
– The customer is responsible for proper packaging for the return shipment.<\/p>\n

10. Data protection
<\/strong>
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl’s commitment to the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n

11. Liability
<\/strong>
– Solutions Custom Made Sarl accepts no liability for consequential damages arising from the use of the online store or from orders placed.<\/p>\n

12. Final provisions
<\/strong>
– The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Solutions Custom Made Sarl. Swiss law applies.
